Official Program Rules

Rules & Regulations

Please read all rules before submitting. Submission constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Rule 01

No Purchase Required

There is no cost to apply or participate. No payment or fee of any kind is required. Any request for payment is fraudulent and should be reported.

Rule 02

Application Completeness

All required fields must be completed. Incomplete applications will be disqualified without notice. One application per organization — duplicates will be disqualified.

Rule 03

Non-Transferable

The grant package is awarded to the applying organization only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned. It has no cash equivalent or redemption value.

Rule 04

Attendance Commitment

Selected grantees must staff their booth all three days (Nov 12, 13, 14, 2026). Failure to attend all days without prior written approval may result in forfeiture.

Rule 05

Right to Verify

WellNXT reserves the right to verify all submitted information. Misrepresentation results in immediate disqualification and, if post-award, grant forfeiture.

Rule 06

Selection Discretion

Selection is based on mission alignment, community impact, NOLA service area, and program diversity. WellNXT's decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Rule 07

Marketing Release

By accepting a grant, your organization consents to WellNXT using your logo, name, and content in marketing materials, email campaigns, social posts, and website features related to the event.

Grantees must represent their organization professionally and in alignment with WellNXT community standards. WellNXT may revoke participation for harmful or discriminatory conduct.

Rule 09

Booth Content

All booth materials must align with your stated nonprofit mission and venue policies. Booth space may only be used for your nonprofit's mission — not for commercial solicitation.

WellNXT may modify or cancel the program with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond WellNXT's control, no compensation will be owed.

For Corporate & For-Profit Partners

Community Investment.
Smart Business.

The WellNXT Community Impact Grant Program is structured to deliver both genuine community value and tangible business advantages for the organizing entity and participating sponsors.

Cause-Related Marketing Expense Recommended

Because nonprofits return documented marketing value (logo inclusion, social post, email feature, website presence), grant packages may be treated as an ordinary and necessary business expense under IRC §162 — deductible with no charitable contribution cap. Total potential deduction: up to $100,000 (20 × $5,000). Maintain documentation of marketing deliverables received from each grantee.

Charitable Contribution

If grant recipients are verified 501(c)(3) organizations and no substantial marketing benefit is returned, the fair market value may qualify as a charitable contribution. C-corporations may deduct up to 10% of taxable income; pass-through entities deduct at the owner level. Written acknowledgment letters from each recipient are required. IRS determination letters should be collected and maintained.

This summary is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified CPA or tax attorney to determine the optimal treatment for your organization.
