WellNXT Miami at the Dolphins Early Bird Promotion

Official Promotion Rules

Promotion Period
 The WellNXT Miami at the Dolphins Early Bird Promotion ("Promotion") begins on July 14, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who purchase an eligible Early Bird ticket to WellNXT Miami at the Dolphins during the Promotion Period. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Each eligible Early Bird ticket purchased during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. No additional purchase or action is necessary to enter.

Prize

Thirty (30) entrants will be randomly selected to participate in the on-field American Flag presentation during the National Anthem prior to kickoff of the October 11, 2026 professional football game at Hard Rock Stadium.

The experience includes:

  • Participation in the pregame American Flag presentation (subject to stadium and team approval)

  • Access to the designated pregame staging area

  • A memorable on-field experience prior to kickoff

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged.

Winner Selection & Notification

Thirty (30) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase no later than August 15, 2026. If a selected winner cannot be reached, declines the experience, or fails to respond within five (5) days, WellNXT reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Additional Conditions

Participation in the on-field experience is subject to all stadium security requirements, NFL, team, venue, and event policies.

Selected participants may be required to:

  • Present valid photo identification

  • Complete any required waivers or releases

  • Follow all instructions provided by event staff

  • Must wear Dolphins team colors for on-field experience

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the experience.

Changes or Cancellation

The on-field experience is subject to change or cancellation due to weather, security requirements, stadium operations, league policies, or circumstances beyond WellNXT's control. No cash or substitute prize will be provided if the experience is modified or canceled.

Publicity

By accepting the experience, participants grant WellNXT, LLC permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and video captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WellNXT, LLC, its affiliates, sponsors, venue partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or the on-field experience, except where prohibited by law.
